Step 1) Call Dale's Roofing Inc. to schedule an appointment for one of our roofing specialist to come out and inspect your roof.
Step2) Once our Roofing Specialist has verified that you have storm damage they will provide you with a written estimate to turn into your insurance agent to start the claim process. (NOTE: Never file a claim before having Dale's inspect your roof. After all, you may not have damage; and you don't want a claim on your record if it is not needed.)
Step 3) After the claim has been processed, an adjuster from your insurance company will come out and verify the storm damage and write an estimate on their behalf. (Note: DON’T PANIC if the insurance quote does not match ours. Simply contact your roofing specialist and they will work out the details with you and your adjuster).
Step 4) Your insurance company will issue the first check for the repairs and now you are ready to get your new roof professionally installed by us. (Note: Homeowners are to keep this check until the work has been completed. Never give money to a contractor up front before a job has been completed).
Step 5) Now that our roofing team has completed the repairs we will send you and your insurance company an invoice for the work done. Now it is ok to release the first payment from the insurance company. Your insurance company will release a second check to you minus your deductible. (Note: This check is called the recoverable depreciation). Once you receive this payment you can forward it on to us along with your deductible and any upgrades that you may have chosen. Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy the asthetics of your new roof installed by Dale’s Roofing, Inc and have the peace of mind of a quality installation.
